Section C: Payroll Info

Section D: Company Prepaid Account

In order for your payroll department to use paycards for emergency loads, non-payday payments, awards, etc., and for the employee to have immediate access to these funds, we can set up an employer account that is pre-funded.

  • If you are unsure, you can request a card account through Inspirus at a later time.
  • Once this card account is issued to your company, you will receive the account number and routing number to send an ACH or Direct Deposit to begin the process.
  • This account will be used to instantaneously load amounts to employee cards.
  • We will require a deposit of up to $10,000 maximum, prior to this option being live.

Section E: Program Agreement

In addition to any agreements between the Employer and the Card Marketer, the Employer hereby represents and warrants that it will perform the following functions in accordance with best industry practices and in accordance with regulatory requirements:

  1. Safeguard and maintain the integrity of the Employer’s username, password and card number and permit only authorized users to gain access to Cardplatforms’ websites and/or portals.
  2. Input correct and accurate information and data with respect to each employee who receives an Instant Issue Card (“Cardholder Data”).
  3. Employer will comply with applicable state laws in which it operates, including such laws pertaining to the distribution of prepaid cards.
  4. Secure Instant Issue Cards in a safe and secure location and permit only authorized persons to have access to the Instant Issue Cards. Employer hereby assumes all responsibility and liability for unauthorized use of or access to the Instant Issue Cards (if applicable).
  5. Agrees to a periodic audit of program compliance by the Program Manager or Issuing Bank.
  6. Employers offering a payroll card shall not mandate the cards to employees. Employers are responsible for ensuring employees "opt-in" or for providing additional options to receive wages i.e. direct deposit or check where applicable by state law.
  7. Employer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the issuing Bank, Cardplatforms and its employees., referral partners and agents from and against any loss, liability, damage, penalty or expense (including attorneys' fees, expert witness fees and cost of defense) they may suffer or incur as a result of any failure by Employer or any employee, agent, or affiliate of Employer to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
